I am a practicing system reliability engineer with 4 years of professional experience in the consumer electronics industry. I have been an aerospace enthusiast for as long as I can remember but was limited by opportunities to pursue it professionally. However, taking these classes with IIAS will be a step in the right direction to transition to a career in the space industry for me and contribute to the exploration of the wonderful universe we live in. 

Outside of work, I am passionate about learning and exploration. Practicing yoga in a class setting and going rock climbing with friends is my favorite way to connect with my friends as well as get my body the movement it needs. I’m a SCUBA diver and taught myself to swim a couple years ago in order to get SCUBA certified. Living in a landlocked city does make access to water hard, but it also makes me appreciate it so much more when I am able to go diving.
