Bio

Dr. Narcrisha Norman is a program director that contributes to STEM education, policy, research and education. Prior to her position as a program director she served as an Associate Professor and Research Coordinator in the Department of Engineering and Technology at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Worldwide. Her current research areas include theoretical space physics, general aerodynamics, and postgraduate education. She is committed to supporting continued growth of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) in STEM leadership, research, and education.

Academic Background

Dr. Norman has a PhD in Aerospace Engineering and both MS and BS degrees in Mechanical Engineering with minors in Black American Studies and Mathematics.

Professional Interests

Her research areas of interest are in theoretical space physics, general aerodynamics, and postgraduate education. Beyond research she is interested in STEM education, policy, research and education. She is committed to supporting continued growth of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) in STEM leadership, research, and education.
